Shipping policy
Free shipping offer applies to economy shipping modes within the United States of America and to one address only. We will choose the cheapest, fastest carrier and service level with typical delivery within 5 to 8 business days. Other paid shipping options are always available so you may customize your shippng desires. Contact Us for special needs.
We will pack and ship in-stock items within 5-7 business days. If one of the items we manufacture is out of stock, we can usually build it within 7 business days. You will be notified by email or phone if we need to make any of the items you ordered. If there is an order we cannot fill completely within 7 business days, you will be notified. Any unavailable items will then be placed on backorder, and the remainder of your shipment will be sent. When the backordered items are available, we will ship them at no additional charge. We reserve the right to cancel any portion of an order and you will be contacted.
HOT WEATHER POLICY: If temperatures are predicted to be above 95 degrees farenheit along the route, orders with wax products will be held until the following Monday or Tuesday to ensure it makes it to the destination without sitting on a trailer or in a warehouse too long increasing the potential for melt. PLEASE, if you live in a hot climate, ensure the delivery address is protected from excessive heat.
